There will be one guided Official Site Visit established in the solicitation in the FAR clause 52.236-27. No other guided site visits will be offered.
The Period of Performance (POP) will consist of three hundred sixty (360) calendar days, after issuance of Official Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Per VAAR 836.204, The construction magnitude for Line Item 005 is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
