Giant Voice System Upgrade
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials and other items necessary to perform repair, replacement, service and installation as defined in the attached Statement of Need. The contractor shall provide factory-trained personnel to perform system design, installation, testing and training for total turn-key implementation. The contractor shall upgrade the CAFB Giant Voice System to a fully upgraded software operational status. Purchase and installation of desktop computer and MassAlert software for the primary controller located at the Command Post. Update current message storage boards with SD card compatible hardware and obsolete Motorola CDM750 radios with APX6500 radios.
