General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Cancellation Rights:    120 days
Additional Requirements:


•    The agency cannot be located on the ground floor.
•    Spaces must be contiguous on one or more floors.
•    Space cannot be located adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges, balconies, or mezzanines or directly above a loading dock area.
•    Agency must have 24-hour access.
•    Building must be capable of 24-hour HVAC services.
•    The agency requires exclusive use of a secured freight or public elevator.
•    The agency requires a fire detection system that provides 100% coverage of the controlled officer area.
•    Building must be capable of having a radio communication antenna installed on the roof.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.


This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this advertisement.


At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options.


Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than June 4, 2019 by 4:30 PM Eastern Time, and should include the following information at a minimum:
• Building name and address;
• Location of space in the building and date of availability;
• Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full-service rental rate per RSF;
• ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full-service rental rate per ABOA SF;
• Floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space;
• Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact.


Owners, brokers, or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
