General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Space Type:    Office Space
Parking Spaces (Total):    1 Surface Space
Full Term:    15 Years
Firm Term:    10 Years
Additional Requirements:    Offered space must provide the following:

●    Space must be located on the 2nd Floor or above.
●    Meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
●    A fully serviced lease is required.
●    Shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.

Market Survey (Estimated):    November 2019
Offers Due (Estimated):    December 2019
Occupancy (Estimated):    July 2022

Please provide the following information for the space proposed for consideration. All submissions must include the following information at a minimum:

(1) Property name/address;
(2) Age of all structures on the property;
(3) Date of space availability;
(4) Total existing gross square feet, and gross square feet per floor;
(5) ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered;
(6) Site plan depicting the buildings, land acreage, and parking;
(7) Floor plan and gross square footage of proposed space;
(8) Location on map demonstrating the building lies within the delineated area;
(9) Department of Homeland Security - Federal Emergency Management Agency map demonstrating that the property lies above the 100-year elevation floodplain;
(10) Name of owner and name and contact information of authorized contact;
(11) Evidence of ownership with non-Owners (e.g. brokers) required to provide evidence of authority granted by property owner to submit the property;
(12) Any information related to title issues, easements, or restrictions on the use of the property or any structures on the property; and
(13) Evidence that the Government's intended use is permissible in the Property's zone.
