Ebony Horsewomen, Inc. a non-profit therapeutic and youth development organization is accepting bids for their proposed project, a pre-fab 2-story 4-car garage building to be used as event and training space to their site at 337 Vine Street, Hartford. The project consists of new electrical and plumbing for a pre-fab building 2-story 28x50 building.
