GLINT TAPE - BERRY AMENDMENT COMPLIANT
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.2 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2225-17 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-93-1. The 2012 North American Industry Classification System code is 314999, All Other Miscellaneous Textile Product Mills. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business; small business size is 500 Employees. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a three year firm-fixed-price Requirements type contract for the following commercial items: Glint tape to be used in the manufacture of army combat uniforms.
