GE Healthcare MAC 5500HD EKG Units
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Brand Name Only General Electric (GE) Healthcare MAC 5500HD EKG, as prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated.
(ii) The solicitation number is 36C24419Q0634 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-02 dated 5/6/2019.
(iv) This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS code 334510 has a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System Echo Lab SON
The VA Pittsburgh Health Care System has a requirement for five (5) GE Healthcare MAC 5500HD EKG units to replace existing units that have reached the end of life expectancy. These 5 units will be replacing the 12 Lead EKG machines in the various clinics and the EKG rooms within the Medicine service line.
This requirement is for the Brand Name GE Healthcare MAC 5500HD EKG Units only.
