This requirement is currently unfunded. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either on or before the closing date. Should the solicitation be cancelled, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Government requests any and all quotes be valid through at least 5 October 2019.


This is a proposed sole source acquisition for Get Certified Get Ahead (GCGA) Premium account licenses for the 336th Training Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi 39534. The solicitation will be posted in http://www.fbo.gov on or about 18 September 2019.


The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 611710, and the size standard is $15.0 million. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price contract as result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FBO since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD Agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered by this organization.


The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received on or before the offer due date specified on the solicitation/RFQ will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
