This is a procurement of the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Non Appropriated Funds Instrumentality (NAFI), hereinafter referred to as "NAFI" to provide a standardized Fitness Assessment/Screening Tool (FAST) to improve the physical readiness of the U.S. Navy.

Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Fleet and Family Readiness,
Navy Fitness (N92) requires a contractor that will provide training tat assess movement literacy to both staff and the Navy end user and provide functional fitness
assessment/screening certification. The contractor shall provide fitness assessments/screening protocols certifications that assess movement literacy and capacities. The contractor must be a recognized continuing education provider by organizations with certifications through the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). Navy FFR Fitness has determined that compliance with these standards are necessary help ensure the health, welfare, and safety of the Navy warfighter and the continuing competency of training staff. As MWR personnel complete the training, the contractor shall assure that such individuals will earn Continued Education Units (CEUs) from an accredited training program and earn a nationally recognized certification.

Questions are due no later than March 28, 2019, COB.

Proposals are due no later than April 12, 2019, 1600 Hours EST.
