The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institute (FCI), Berlin, New Hampshire is conducting a SOURCES SOUGHT to inquire for the services of Grease Trap pumping/service. The contract type would be an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. This would be a multi year contract.

North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 562998, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. All potential vendors interested must be active in the System for Award Management(SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. This sources sought is for small business concerns only.


REFERENCES: Please list any government facilities you are currently in contract with or have provided such services in the past.


FCI Berlin has (2) grease traps:
(1) 10,000 gallon at the Main- Medium Custody facility. This entrance would be through our rear sallyport. Security clearance to include background investigations would occur due to entrance into secure facility.
(1) 5,000 gallon at the Satelitte Prison Camp- no entrance into secure facility.
(Both traps are at same physical address)


FCI Berlin currently has the traps pumped/serviced twice a year or as needed.
