Fire Extinguisher Inspection FY2020 (VA-19-00079317)
The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202-2803 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for annual and six (6) year inspection, Hydrotesting, Maintenance and monthly inspections of all fire extinguishers. The contractor shall provide supervision, labor, tools, parts and materials to perform all-inclusive annual and six (6) year inspection, Hydrotesting, Maintenance and monthly inspections of all fire extinguishers at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202-2803 and the VA Cold Springs Road Complex, 2600 Cold Springs Road Indianapolis Indiana (Coumadin Clinic and Veterans House), and 2669 Cold Springs Road Indianapolis Indiana (Buildings 7, 7A and 9), and 9045 E 59th Street Indianapolis Indiana (Domiciliary) as identified in the statement of work for the period of date of award through September 30, 2020 with four (4) additional one (1) year options periods to be exercised at the Government discretion. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State, and local ordinances.
This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Small Business (SB) concerns. Offers from other than SB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected.
