The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Facility Investment Services for 63rd Readiness Division Region 1 at various locations within the states of Arkansas & Oklahoma. (See attached map)


The types of service being provided is Service Calls / Preventative Maintenance, which may include, but are not limited to: Service Calls, including emergency, urgent, and routine, Preventive Maintenance (PM) for a wide variety of equipment and systems, Inspection, Testing, and Certification for various types of equipment, Other Recurring Services for the inspection and repair of equipment and systems, IDIQ repair, restoration, and modernization requirements which are beyond the scope of service calls, as well as related tasks such as preparation for and restoration from accidents and natural disasters and Environmental Services: all of the above are at various locations.



These services may be needed for all Army Reserve Centers within the 63rd Readiness Division (RD)'s area of Responsibility (AOR).



The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of one base year and two option years with firm-fixed priced line items. This solicitation includes the combined synopsis/solicitation instructions, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Line Item Numbers (ELINs), and operations area map.
