FY16 3rd Qtr. Subsistence
The Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV, intends to issue RFQP01011600007 for subsistence, for the provision of supplying offers for the requirements of various food items for the Third Quarter FY 2016.
Please read the RFQ carefully and include all information requested when submitting your quote. The award date will be approximately March 17, 2016, with offers due by March 10, 2016, at 4:00 PM EST. Offers will be accepted via mail, fax, or email. The required delivery date will be from April 1, 2016, through April 15, 2016. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business with FOB Destination, under NAICS code 311991. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the best overall value to the Government in regards to price, delivery and past performance. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be available on or by February 25, 2016, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. This website provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will also be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. All vendors must be registered with the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov or the offer will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or the Government Purchase Card.
