Dear Vendor:
Enclosed is a solicitation package prepared by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp, Yankton, South Dakota, Contracting Officer for the procurement of Laundry Services. This package contains all the necessary information for submitting a request for quote for evaluation.
In submitting the request for quote, vendors should consider all information provided herein. Please carefully follow all instructions located in the solicitation package before submitting your quote. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to date information about this solicitation.
The Government intends to make a single fixed price award to the offeror (bidder) offering the lowest price and who conform to all requirements of the solicitation. Individual credit card orders will be issued monthly for all orders. The weight listed in the request for quotes is an approximation and is not a guaranteed weight of product to be laundered.
Each offeror/bidder shall carefully read and review the statement of work in the request for quotations form for all guidelines and requirements. Offers shall be received on or before the deadline of August 27, 2015 @ 5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time, via mail or fax.
