FOODS: ENTREES, FROZEN- KOSHER OVO-LACTO VEGETARIAN
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals for Frozen Entrees, Kosher (Ovo-Lacto) Vegetarian, Statewide. The primary user of this contract is the Department of Corrections through a specified prison. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs has purchased a limited amount of the items covered
by contract, in observance of holidays (i.e.: Passover). However, as the population in our
facitlities change, the Bidder must be able to supply other Agencies as needed.
