The Youth Leadership Foundation [YLF] is seeking quotes to automate and outsource back-office, administrative and procurement processes to free up full-time staff time, as well as to secure outsourced funding research and advisory. Comprehensive proposals to include: 1) back-office and administrative support, 2) brand advisory and funding research, 3) procurement and contracts management utilizing an independent contracting model and subcontracting model. The first two-months of the scope of work are to include operation restructuring work product support the organization in streamlining and automating processes.
