The Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Launch Enterprise Systems Directorate (LE), Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the National Security Space Launch (NSSL) Phase 2 Launch Service Procurement (LSP). The RFP is included as an attachment to this announcement. The solicitation implements the strategy to ensure delivery of national security satellites to the desired orbit, on schedule, and with high reliability. SMC will award two requirements contracts for launch services delivering multiple National Security Space (NSS) missions with annual ordering periods from Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 through FY 2024.

All additional sensitive RFP documents and any amendments to the RFP will be posted to the Phase 2 LSP Bidder's Library.
