The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items and services necessary to perform installation, rental, repair, dismantle, and remove temporary facilities (hereafter, referred as facilities) located at Yokota Air Base (YAB), Japan in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards, manufacturer standards, Japanese ordinances and laws, and the attached appendices.

All offerors shall follow attached documents and attachments. All interested vendors intending to submit a quote need to attend a pre-proposal conference and site visit with own cost.

Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.

Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.

Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings.

Note 4: Site visit will be conducted on TBD at Yokota Air Base. All offerors shall be at gate on TBD. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT at TBD.

Note 5: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.

Note 6: The contractor shall accept responsibility to send/receive emails. When the contractor email or fax any documents to the Contract Specialist, the contractor shall confirm whether the Contract Specialist received.
