This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation number is Request for Proposal (RFP) EP2009-17. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92. The North American Industry Classification System code is 238290. This requirement is 100% set aside for a small business. Small Business Size Standard is $15.0 million. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, INC., intends to award a firm-fixed price, definite delivery/definite quantity contract for the movement of equipment from Pekin, IL to Marion, IL and to Glenville, WV. Mandatory Site visits required and the bidder must respond by December 20, 2016 if you plan to participate. If the bidder did not participate in the mandatory site visit, they will not be considered for award.
