The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) requests a comprehensive PC/Server based software suite that runs over standard, well-known TCP/IP ports that provides the following PC based functionality per the attached SOW. per the solicitation W912PQ-19-Q-0028.
Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer.
