51 Communications Squadron seeks an enterprise architecture software application or service that provides real time mission mapping to the Squadron's core competencies. This database will be used for decision making in both day-to-day and wartime/contingency scenarios. A similar product would be an OV-2: Operational Resource Flow description that maps out the location of operational facilities or locations, information, funding, people and material between operational activities. This model will be used to capture the increasingly complex relationships between interdependent projects and capabilities and model the enterprise to enable effective decision making. Additionally, this would enable configuration management of the organization, document infrastructure, and help decompose the organization into processes to determine single points of failure in our critical paths. Finally, the product needs to be user friendly enough for non-Enterprise Architects to use.
