Engine Package Adapter, Part Number (PN) SWE13766
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Hydratight Corporation of Antigo, WI, for the manufacture, assembly, and delivery of Engine Package Adapters, Part Number (P/N) SWE13766 in support of the AH-1Z and UH-1Y program. Hydratight Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for P/N:SWE13766 and is the only company with the technical knowledge, proprietary data, and expertise necessary to manufacture this item.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
