It is the intention of the Department to contract with a qualified vendor to provide exclusive electronic deposit services as a means for the general public to send funds to an offender incarcerated in a state prison, which is operated by the Department. The department reserves the right to contract with one or more vendors if it is determined to be in the best interest of the department.
