Dormitory (Bldg. 280) Vent/Duct Cleaning at Sheppard AFB, TX
Remove, Inspect, and clean all vents and HVAC systems associated with Bldg. 280 Dormitory at Sheppard AFB, TX. To be accomplished through the use of a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) vacuum and utilization of an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved antimicrobial disinfectant such as "Microban" or equivalent for sanitization of the system ductwork.
All work must be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW)
A Site Visit will be held on 28 April 16 @ 9:00 AM CST.
Bidders/offerors requiring base access need to RSVP by 2:00 PM CST on 26 April 16 to one or both of the below listed e-mail addresses.
Bidder/offerors will report to the main gate at Sheppard AFB by 8:15 AM CST on 28 April 16 to obtain a pass and be escorted on the site visit by 82 CONS.
All questions regarding this solicitation or questions from the site visit are due by 2:00 PM CST on 3 May 2016.
