Dorm Lease
The 99th Air Base Wing at Nellis AFB and the 432d Wing at Creech AFB are seeking potential sources for a dorm lease of rooms in both North Las Vegas and Northwest Las Vegas. Currently, both installations are experiencing a combined shortage of 500-700 dormitory rooms for first-term Airmen. This deficit is expected to grow by at least an additional 100 rooms by 2020. This presents a unique opportunity for existing complex owners or developers to secure a long-term contract for a large block of rooms/units.
