A. This acquisition is set aside for total small business firms.
B. The NAICS Code is 236220; size standard is $39.5M.
C. Contract performance period is 120 calendar days.
D. The project magnitude is between $25,000 - $100,000.
E. Site visit is scheduled for 18 SEP 19 @ 10:00 A.M. (EDT) at Dormitory 401, Dover AFB. Email POCs listed below by 17 SEP 19, 10 AM to arrange an escort.
F. Questions must be submitted via email to the POCs below by 19 SEP 19, 4:00 PM (EDT)
G. Enter price in Section B. Print legibly with black ink and enter line items prices in Attachment 2 - Bid Schedule.
H. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
