This solicitation is set aside for contractors assigned to Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contracts, Numbers W912QR-15-D-0001 through W912QR-15-D-0003 to provide Design/Build Construction Services within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries.

We request you submit a price proposal for the Design-Build Renovation of Building 231 1st and 4th Floors at Detroit Arsenal, Mi as detailed in the scope of work, drawings, specifications, and General Wage Determination MI190091 posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. The documents are available for download on the FBO website only. All vendors must be registered in the SAM database and in FBO. The FBO website is www.fbo.gov. The RFP can be found by logging into the website as a vendor and searching on the solicitation number (W912QR-91362161). The estimated cost range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.


The site visit has been set up for 29 May 2019, 9:00 AM ET.

It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes prior to the site visit in order to get through the visitor control center, located at 6501 E. 11 Mile Road in Warren, MI. Please RSVP to Carmen Cochrain at Carmen.M.Cochrain@usace.army.mil by 7 DAYS PRIOR @ 1300 to register for the site visit. The RSVP is required to have the full name, company, which project site visit they are attending, date of birth, driver's license state and number and expiration date, and U.S. Citizenship verification (Yes or No) for each
registering attendee. The RSVP is required to state if pictures will be taken (Yes or No). If Yes, please provide the camera make, model, serial number and photographer. The camera (cell phone cameras are not allowed) must be presented to the visitor control center and obtain a camera pass when obtaining the visitor badge, or photos will not be allowed. A confirmation email will be sent out following receipt of the registration to confirm each registration. If you have any questions regarding registration for the site visit, please contact Carmen Cochrain at 586‐282‐6025. Only one site visit is planned for this project.


PLEASE NOTE: ONLY U.S. CITIZENS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE VISIT.
