Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and expertise necessary to design and construct the Operating Room and Air Flow for the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital located in Little Rock, AR. The project requires the contractor to deliver an HVAC system for the ORs that meet project air balance requirements. Provide and install New Return Fans for AHU 15 and 16, install Air Flow Measuring Stations Air Handling units AC 15, 16 and change the Operating Rooms HVAC system from a pressure control sequence to a flow tracking sequence to maintain the correct pressure relation to adjacent spaces. In order to accomplish the flow tracking we must install a means to measure the return airflow for each operating room and change the terminal controller to a room pressure controller (RPC). This is an abbreviate Statement of Work and does not provide all elements of the requirement. That information will be provided in the forthcoming solicitation. A performance completion period of 180 days/ 6 months or sooner from NTP has been allotted for this requirement.
The dollar magnitude is between $100,000 and $ 500,000.
The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $36.5.0 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.sam.gov ; https://ss1.experian.com/BusinessIQ/login.html ; and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov . Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation also must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award.
You must register as "Interested Vendor" at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; "To Receive Notification" for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website.
