The Springfield, Ohio Air National Guard Base Contracting Office intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for Project No: WAAR162003, Demo Old Combat Comm Sq Bldgs 109 & 121. The Springfield, Ohio Air National Guard has a requirement for the demolition of Buildings 109 and 121, including asbestos abatement in both buildings, demolishing pavement leading to the buildings, and the proper capping/tying off of utilities servicing the buildings. It also encompasses removing material or providing any fill needed to produce a level surface and completing the area with sod and sidewalk as specified in the drawings
