The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to solicit for the provision of a Culinary Art Program for the federal offenders incarcerated at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) located in Pensacola, Florida. The occupational education program must fall under the provider's umbrella of accreditation and lead to transferrable credits resulting in a college certificate, Associate in Arts degree, Associate in Science degree, or Associate in Applied Science degree. Industry accepted certification is also acceptable. The Contractor must be accredited by a recognized accrediting agency. This solicitation should result in the offer of a single contract award that will consist of one year. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 20, 2014, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration, Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 611210, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Management Award (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.acquisition.gov. The date for receipt of quotations is on/about July 10, 2014; however, this is a projected estimate and quoters should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation (Block #8) for the actual date quotations are due. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This solicitation is unrestricted.
