Provide robust, evidence-based Non-Medical Drivers of Health (NMDoH) data & analytics to supplement existing Hospital Encounter Data Warehouse.

Primary objective: to assign robust aggregate indicators of NMDoH to an individual encounter in a Claims (837) data warehouse based on census block group ID to allow analysis regarding accuracy of Z-codes and identify missing Z-Codes

Secondary objective: to enable basic regional performance dashboards related to community health in our Information & Quality Services Center (IQSC) offerings in MyIQ Analytics, powered by QlikSense.
