The CGA is seeking a professional services consulting firm with expertise in developing analytical models, normalizing data, and developing performance metrics, to perform analysis and made recommendations regarding metrics to measure progress and make comparison. Experience in the utility sector and/or in the damage prevention industry is preferred.

The standard damage prevention metric to make comparisons and measure progress has been some form of damages/per ticket. However, due to differences in state laws and one call center policies, "tickets" are not always directly comparable between states. The goal of this project is to normalize tickets.
