This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is EP2871-16 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86-1. The North American Industry Classification System code is 325211 plastics material and resin manufacturing, the SBA small business size standard is 1,250 employees.
This requirement is SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a three (3) year firm-fixed price Requirements type contract with an EPA clause for the following commercial item: EASTMAN TRITAN COPOLYESTER TX2001, Color - Natural.
