The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Closure of the Municipal Solid Waste Transfer Station located at vicinity of Range 4, and 5 off NYS Route 293 at West Point, NY.
The period of performance is for a 01 July 2019 - 30 June 2020
This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business, GSA Contract Holders under NAICS code 541620 Environmental Consulting; size standard is $ 15 Million Per Year and FSC/PSC of B510.
In order to be eligible for award, business Offerors must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Also, please verify that both your DUNS # and Cage Code are current, and hold a GSA Contract associated with Environmental Consulting.
