This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide all personnel, labor, supplies and transportation necessary to replace the pipe at Caesar Creek Tailwater Trail, Waynesville, OH, in accordance with the attached specifications and attached Wage Determination.

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238910 ($15 Million).
Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price.
Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor.
Quotes are due 5 June 2019, 10:00AM ET. Please submit quotes to trisha.oakes@usace.army.mil. Faxed, telephoned, or mailed submittals will not be accepted. REPS & CERTS page shall be included with the quote.
SITE VISITS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. The statement of work contains the measurements and location of this project for reference. It is highly recommended each offeror attends a site visit. The contractor assumes responsibility for all quantities, materials, critical dimensions, and site conditions used to calculate their quote and perform the requested work. A scheduled site visit will be held on: 30 May 2019, 10:00 AM ET. The site visit will start from the USACE Louisville District Caesar Creek Lake Project Office. All offerors interested in visiting the site must attend the site visit on that day. No other site visits will be conducted. Those planning to attend shall advise the Technical POC ahead of time. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management, which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT)."
