The Department of Veteran Affairs VA Medical Center intends to issue a construction contract for professional construction services to include but not be limited to Furnish and Install all items per plan and specification as shown on contract documents, Infection Control Risk Assessment, Construction Management Services during construction, Meet all the requirements as outlined in VA Program Guide PG-18-1 (Master Construction Specifications) to power wash building, ramp and surrounding sidewalks and to patch and paint all rooms at the VA Cape May Community-Based Outpatient Clinic, New Jersey CBOC VA Medical Center. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be less than $25,000.00.B Period of Performance will be approximately 45 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.B All work on this project shall be accomplished between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.B Set-Aside Information:B This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB).B The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.govB and www.vetbiz.gov .B Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid.B The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Construction Contractors, and the small business size standard is $35 Million.B A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within one week after issuance of the solicitation.B The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation.B The solicitation documents will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about May 13, 2019.B Questions should be addressed to Cheryl A.
