The California Prison Health Care Receivership of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) prison health care system is requesting proposals for the design, development, and implementation of a clinical data repository (CDR) and portal solution to better enable clinical decision making and enhance patient safety through reliable and timely access to patient information at the point-of-care and to begin establishing a platform upon which to create a longitudinal electronic health record (EHR) for every CDCR inmate.
