The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for construction trades instructor services for inmates at the Federal Prison Camp-Duluth, Minnesota. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611310 (Size Standard: $25.5 million). The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery/requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The solicitation will be available on or about August 4, 2016 and will be distributed solely through General Service Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the solicitation is located in Block 8 of the SF-1449 Form. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone or written requests for the solicitation will be accepted. All responses to the solicitation shall be via email to ccorcoran@bop.gov. Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS code. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. NOTE: The current provider of these services is Lake Superior College and the current session rate is $143.76/hr.
