This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SV0080-15 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The North American Industry Classification System code is 316210. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a ONE-year, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract with two one-year options for the following commercial item(s):
Composite-toe safety boots and canvas slip on shoes for the Petersburg Distribution Factory.
