The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) Office of the U.S. Embassy in Belize is responsible for the administration of projects and funds that come from INL. INL through CARSI supports host nation efforts to conduct profound and self-sustaining democratic reform to their law enforcement, prosecutorial, judicial, prison and related rule of law institutions to increase institutional transparency and protect government institutions from criminal penetration and influence.



The US Embassy and the GoB (Government of Belize) areembarking on a large project to install digital audio reporting equipment in the Magistrate Courts and to upgrade the Supreme Courts current audio reporters to improve efficiency of day to day court procedures and to strengthen the IT infrastructure to support the overworked hardware infrastructure and inadequate storage capacity of the current Case Management System.


It is requested that all interested Small Business concerns, including but not limited to HUBZone, 8(a), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), respond with a Capability Statement of a maximum of 15 pages to be used to determine the availability of Small Business concerns for this requirement. Interested Small Business concerns shall identify their small business socio-economic categories.
