The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for construction of the Barnes Canyon Trailhead project, on lands managed by the BLM Caliente Field Office. A site visit will be held on Thursday November 7, 2019. Full details regarding the site visit and point of contact to RSVP are included in this solicitation package. NOTE: A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE HIGH CLEARANCE VEHICLE IS MANDATORY FOR THE SITE VISIT!
NAICS: 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, Size Standard: $39.5M, 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Construction Wage Rate Requirements are applicable to this project and the appropriate DBA Wage Decision(s) is included.
In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Pursuant to 40 U.S.C. 3132, construction contracts exceeding $150,000.00 will require both Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100 percent of the contract price.
This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
