The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Energy Management (COMDT (CG-46)) is conducting market research regarding the implementation of an automated fuel inventory management system to support ordering, requisitioning, receipt, transfer, and issue of fuel as well as track and monitor the physical inventory of fuel storage.
