Respondents are hereby advised that there are no channels for classified submissions in response to this RFI.
Should a respondent wish to submit U/FOUO information, the respondent shall do the following: 1) password encrypt the document; 2) send the password encrypted document via email to the Government POCs listed on this RFI; and 3) send a second, subsequent email with the password to open the encrypted document. Alternatively, respondents can utilize the AMRDEC SAFE located at: https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/Welcome.aspx ;
Finally, respondents should address their thoughts regarding IDIQ structure (e.g. small business tracks and cross-teaming) in their RFI responses.
