In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY19-F2Z1119126AC01- Antenna Tower Safety Inspection, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02TA. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a).
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 541350 with a size standard of $7.5M.

McConnell AFB, KS 67221-3702 plans to acquire the following project: Antenna Tower Safety Inspection



The RFQ is for the safety inspections of two Air Traffic Control Tower Antennas installed on the west side of building 1560. During installation, the inspection was overlooked. Failure to quote on all CLINs may render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration.
