PROJECT LOCATION: WEST VIRGINIA NATIONAL CEMETERY
PROJECT TITLE: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to perform construction survey, extend the existing 12' high perimeter fence between the cemetery and the adjacent prison approximately 490 LF to the front entrance road with a new, similar, 12' high, 9 gauge, galvanized steel, chain link fence, along the cemetery/prison boundary. New fence shall be similar in appearance and material as the existing fence in the attached photograph and be of domestic origin. New fence shall include approx. 490 LF of 12' high 9 gauge galvanized chain link fence fabric, approx. 51 each galvanized 2-3/8" Sch 40 double top extension arms, approx. 490 LF of 6 strands galvanized barbed wire, approx 51 each galvanized 2-3/8" Sch 40 eye tops, approx. 490 LF galvanized 7 gauge top tension wire, approx. 490 LF galvanized 1-5/8" Sch 40 high middle rail, approx. 490 LF galvanized 1-5/8" Sch 40 low middle rail, approx. 490 LF galvanized 1-5/8" Sch 40 bottom rail, approx. 3 each galvanized 4" Sch 40 terminal posts, approx. 48 each galvanized 2-7/8" Sch 40 line posts, and approx. 3 each galvanized 1-5/8" Sch 40 double brace rail with 3/8" truss rods. All posts shall be installed in ground in concrete, to a minimum 9" diameter and 3' depth. Work is located at the West Virginia National Cemetery, 42 Veteran's Memorial Lane, Grafton, WV 26354.
This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
Award will be made to a responsible offeror on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors; Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. .
North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238190 is applicable. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-15-R-0337 on remittances. An electronic solicitation is available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on July 16, 2015 as a separate attachment. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., July 30, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
Failure to submit all documentation required as required, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive/technically unacceptable and your proposal will be removed from further consideration.
