The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Advanced Occupational Education Services for the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, South Dakota. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 -Junior Colleges. The size standard is $20.5 million. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations.

The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base performance period with four 12 month option performance periods for renewal. The contractor will provide an estimate of 1150 sessions/semester hours - (3 semesters of study) per contract year in accordance to the Statement of Work.

The solicitation will be made available on or about May 24, 2018, and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 29, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). This solicitation is unrestricted. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
