The Air Dominance Division Development Branch, Eglin AFB FL, anticipates soliciting and awarding a sole source contract modification under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Raytheon Missile Systems, 1151 E Hermans Rd, Tucson AZ, 85756 to update field team support equipment to ensure WIN 10 compatibility and compliance with evolving IA, IT, and security guidelines.  This modification to the existing AMRAAM Field Team Support contract, FA8675-16-C-0067, The Air Dominance Division Development Branch, Eglin AFB FL, anticipates soliciting and awarding a contract modification under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Raytheon Missile Systems, 1151 E Hermans Rd, Tucson AZ, 85756 to update field team support equipment to ensure WIN 10 compatibility and compliance with evolving IA, IT, and security guidelines.  This modification to the existing AMRAAM Field Team Support contract, FA8675-16-C-0067, for the software integration and final checkout of fourteen (14) AMRAAM Remote Support Equipment (ARSE) systems.  The contractor shall integrate the necessary software for full ARSE functionality on Government Furnished Equipement (GFE) ARSE systems, ensure the GFE ARSEs are compliant with Government IA, IT, and security regulations for systems used in classified locations and conduct checkout and validation of GFE ARSE systems for delivery to the Government. In accordance sith FAR 5.207(c)(16(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.  Responses must be received within 15 calendar days after the posted date of this synopsis.

 An ombudsman has been appointed in accordance with AFFARS 5352.201-9101.  Before consulting with the ombudsman, interested parties must first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendations to the Contracting Officer for resolution.  If resolution cannot be made by the Contracting Officer, the interested party may contact the Ombudsman (Interim), Brian E.
