The State of Alaska, Department of Corrections is requesting proposals nationwide for a facility and services to accommodate a prison population of up to 1000 male multi-custody level prisoners with expansion potential to 1200 prisoners.

Proposals will be accepted at the mailing address below until 4:30 p.m., June 8, 2009. The services are anticipated to begin approximately November 1, 2009 and will extend through June 30, 2012, with possible extensions until October 31, 2019.
