APPAREL LABELS - HEAT TRANSFER
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2261-19 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The 2012 North American Industry Classification System code is 315990, Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing. This requirement is a total small business set aside; small business size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, intends to enter into a one year base with two one-year options if exercised, firm-fixed price, Requirements type contract for the following commercial items: Heat Application Logos & Care Labels.
