This Request for Proposal (RFP) represents a significant opportunity to enter a strategic partnership with Vibrant Emotional Health (Vibrant), headquartered in New York City, by providing end-to-end Learning Management System and eLearning services.
Vibrant is the administrator for the nation's 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988 Lifeline) which is federally funded under the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a division of Health and Human Services (HHS).
SAMHSA recently selected Vibrant to continue its role as the national administrator of the 988 Lifeline under a new five-year cooperative agreement. During this period, Vibrant will continue to maintain and grow the capacity of the LMS and expand the current training and resources available to more than 200 crisis centers throughout the 988 Lifeline network.
Through this RFP, Vibrant hereby invites businesses who meet the Requirements and Specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for hosting, maintenance and support of a Learning Management System (LMS) with multi-language capacity as well as eLearning development with associated resources for 988 Lifeline crisis counselors across the nation.
